I wanted to try creating a sweeter cracker, so I started with this cracker recipe and made the following modifications to it:
- Use half the amount of salt called for
- Add 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- Add 3 tablespoons of sugar
- Decrease the temperature to 350, and cook for 45 – 50 minutes, watching for the crackers to get crisp.
The resulting cracker is mildly sweet and flavorful.
