Sweet Cinnamon Crackers – Gluten Free

I wanted to try creating a sweeter cracker, so I started with this cracker recipe and made the following modifications to it:

  1. Use half the amount of salt called for
  2. Add 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  3. Add 3 tablespoons of sugar
  4. Decrease the temperature to 350, and cook for 45 – 50 minutes, watching for the crackers to get crisp.

The resulting cracker is mildly sweet and flavorful.
